Plain terms.

These terms govern your use of Orifold for iPad, made by DTSoft. By using Orifold you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

License

Orifold is licensed to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it regardless.

Your content

Everything you write in Orifold is yours. It is stored on your device and, with Plus and sync on, carried between your own devices through your own iCloud. We claim no rights to it and, by design, have no access to it. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Subscriptions

Orifold Plus is available as an auto-renewing yearly or weekly subscription. The price, the billing period, and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks Orifold Plus for the lifetime of the product on the App Store, including future updates. Nothing renews.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are Apple's to grant. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The free tier

Orifold Free is genuinely usable without payment. If a subscription ends, nothing you wrote is deleted; pages beyond the free tier's history remain stored on your device and become accessible again with Plus.

No warranty

Orifold is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it careful and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DTSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Orifold.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
